Polymer clay embroidery revisited

By Angeli

I’m back again with my embroidery on polymer clay!

After breakfast today, I sent the little one off to her great grandparents who live just next door, so I had a couple of hours of clay play. Then I finished stitching this afternoon while she was scribbling in her notebook. So happy that I am finding little pockets of time. And even happier that I actually got to finish a project! Woot!

This is a tiny wall hanging, perfect for a little craft nook.

I started this technique in September 2008, stitching silver thread onto polymer clay clouds. Here are my other polymer clay embroidery projects: Faith Hope Love tile and an intricate pendant.

What do you think about my new work? Praying I find more time to squeeze in more embroidered polymer clay projects!

Geogeous pics – they really pick out the textures and depth in the items, and the backdrops. Well done!
